What is an it?

"Amazon Associates is an affiliate marketing program that allows website owners and bloggers to create links and earn referral fees when customers click through and buy products from Amazon" - Amazon

​WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

So here's the deal, If you buy something we recommend on amazon using the link we created we can get anywhere from a 1% to a 10% cut. This depends largely on the category of item being advertised and which country's Amazon we are advertising. For example Amazon UK would give us 10% from anything apparel related, and 1% from a smartphone sale. There is a lot of middle ground but many are categorised as miscellaneous and will generate a 3% commission. 
This is the fun bit. If you click on our affiliate link and don't buy the item we have listed, however you end up buying something else instead, we will get a commission from that sale for directing you to Amazon. We know someone that was recommending computer related projects that got commission from a shed! ​

​Why should I use the link?

We only ever recommend products that we have personally used or we know for a fact they work well for what we are recommending. We put you guys before profit always! We would be recommending these things to you anyway so if its something that you want buy it, if not don't. It just means if you were planning to buy that thing anyway we get a little bonus if you do it through our link. Think of it as a way of giving, without actually having to give anything.
