As someone who has struggled with self-love, self-acceptance and self-worth my mission is to equip you with the tools you need to change your thinking and help you realise that you are in fact enough just as you are, right now.
Self-love is the practice of caring for and valuing oneself. It involves recognizing and accepting your own worth and treating yourself with the kindness, compassion, and respect that you deserve. It's an important aspect of mental and emotional health, and can also improve your relationship with yourself, and others. In simple terms, self-love is about taking care of and being good to yourself.
